Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged a $150 cancellation fee (or the full service price for certain high-demand treatments).
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled with proper notice.
Prepaid packages and series: Refunds are at our sole discretion, minus services already rendered and a 20% processing fee.
Retail products and skincare sales are final.
Cancellations can be made online through the booking system or by calling 347-740-9508 during business hours.
